Offset Strategic Services Announces Prime Contract Win: Instrumentable – Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System

Huntsville, AL – Offset Strategic Services, LLC. (OSS), a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), was awarded the Instrumentable Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System Analysis Contract in Fort Eustis, VA. Under the contract, the OSS will support the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Capability Manager for Force-on-Force Training (TCM-Force on Force), providing a full spectrum of research and evaluation with the goal of delivering a method for training units in a realistic and strategic setting. The OSS will assist TCM-Force-on-Force in its mission to evaluate, plan, and execute the Army’s Force-on-Force Training capabilities at institutional training posts, the home station, and the Combat Training Centers (CTCs) worldwide.

The OSS has a wide range of management capability, including International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001: 2015 Registration, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management, Army Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, DFARS CYBER National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-171 Compliance, and use of Government Cloud Computing High (GCC HIGH) for security of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
The OSS supports Government customers with cleared support in multiple Missile Defense Agency (MDA) directorates; the Prototype Integration Facility (PIF) within the Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC), Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC), the Joint Attack Munitions Systems (JAMS) Project Office within Program Executive Office Missiles & Space (PEO M&S); and is teamed with the winning PEO SOLDIER – Soldier Protective Individual Equipment Prime.
