Offset Strategic Services Promotes George Bell to Director of Enterprise Management Services
Offset Strategic Services (OSS) is delighted to announce the well-deserved promotion of George Bell to the position of Director of Enterprise Management Services (EMS). After making significant contributions to the company as an Application Enterprise Architect over the last two years, George is primed to take on this new challenge and elevate the EMS team to greater heights.

During his tenure as an Application Enterprise Architect, George demonstrated his technical prowess and superior customer service skills to OSS's valued Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) clients. His exceptional work not only resulted in the successful resolution of several technical issues but also fostered a stronger relationship with our customers.
In his new role as the Director of EMS, George will apply his expertise and passion for customer service at a higher level within OSS. He will focus on ensuring the success of both EMS customers and the dedicated team of professionals serving them.

Our services have consistently provided strategic planning guidance for acquisition process management, automation, and software development; project process management, automation, and software development; and SharePoint environment and related feature implementation, aligning with our clients' mission objectives.
