Congratulations to Ally Casteel! She started off this year with a well-deserved promotion to Vice President of Human Resources at Offset Strategic Services. For almost 5 years, she’s been a part of our OSSome family and has more than 25 years of experience in government contracting environments. In this executive role, she provides strategic leadership across human resources, organizational governance, and compliance, working closely with senior leadership to align people, policies, and practices with OSS’s mission and long-term business objectives.

In addition to her human resources leadership, Ally serves as the Facility Security Officer, overseeing personnel and facility security compliance in accordance with government requirements. She also maintains responsibility as an OSS Program Manager, supporting both the customers’ mission and the employees assigned to these efforts. Central to her leadership approach is a commitment to making a meaningful difference for those OSS serves, including employees, customers, vendors, and trusted partners.

Please help us congratulate Mark Daigle on his promotion to Director of Contracts. Mark brings over a decade of proven experience providing support to FA&D companies through roles such as Contracts Manager, Program Manager, and Financial Analyst, making him a trusted and valued new member of the team.
As the Director of Contracts, Mark plays a critical leadership role in managing and overseeing contract strategy, negotiation, and full compliance with customer requirements and applicable regulations. He manages risks, monitors performance, streamlines processes, and ensure that all legal standards of the contracts are met.
His integrity and keen attention to detail have guided him through complicated projects with the Army Contracting Command, USG Legal offices, and Lockheed Martin on traditional and non-traditional contracts.
